This project conserved approximately 133 acres of land including approximately 52 acres of forested, scrub shrub, and emergent freshwater wetlands, and a beaver pond, with the balance consisting of upland buffer. The property also contains two perennial streams (approximately 3,500 linear feet, mapped as Wild Brook Trout Habitat), and several unmapped ephemeral drainages. The site is located within the Porter Hills Focus Area of Statewide Ecological Significance and is part of a large undeveloped habitat block.
